Little Beyond Birth hosts different parenting sessions for the new families to share and discuss evidence based practices which help families to make informed choices for their Parenting Journey.

Am I Making Enough Milk?

Most lactating families have no physical issue as to why their supply is the way it is. There are many outside sources that could be the reason for change in supply. Understanding how exactly breastmilk supply works, and what the ways in which you can position and attach your baby well on the breast so as to get a good milk transfer, learning the skills of hand expression, and storing the milk while you are trying to increase your production, reality behind breast-feeding diet and learning about nutritional needs for a mother during lactation, various common problems and their quick but detailed solutions.

Pumping Program for Working Moms

Teething & Irritation due to the same can hamper a lot of family routines and your mental self as well. Not all babies have a smooth journey when the tooth fairy arrives. However, introducing the right kind of age appropriate tethers can help you to soothe their pains. As soon as the baby starts to show signs of teething, its recommended we take utmost care of their dental. health as well.

Pumping, Planning your Maternity Leave and Getting Back to Work

Whether you are going out for the evening, heading back to work, or just need a break from Breastfeeding, at some point, most new moms rely on a breast pump. The convenient contraption can do a lot more than you allow you to fill a bottle with your breastmilk. A breast pump is also handy for storing a stash of milk in your freezer, helping to keep your milk supply flowing and prevent engorgement. But for new moms, the process of pumping breastmilk can seem intimidating. When should you start pumping breastmilk, how often should you pump and how do you actually go about doing all of it? We have got your answers. Post the session, you can discuss your maternity leave options and pumping schedule with me on a personal consult.

Post Pregnancy Nutrition for the New Mother

As a new mother, we are always challenged to understand what do we eat to physically and mentally recover from the challenges we have just faced during childbirth. We also are filled with advices from everyone around with foods to eat to make more and more milk for our little ones.

As our babies start to get older and milk supply is established we are looking at getting back to shape.

With all these goals in mind, we take this consult for the new Mother. Who can take this consult ? A new mom from 10th day of her baby’s childbirth till the baby turns 1 year old.
